Notice for ICS AGM Napcon 2023 Delhi
Dear ICS Members,
Greetings from the Indian Chest Society!!!
On behalf of the President and the GB members, I am pleased to invite you to attend the AGM of our society, to be held during the forthcoming NAPCON 2023, to be held in Hotel Ashok Chankyapuri, Delhi. The meeting will be held at 4:00 PM on October 6th, 2023 in Hall F, Godavari, at the conference venue.
Please find attached the minutes of the last AGM held at Udaipur during the previous NAPCON. The audited account of the society for your perusal will be available to the attendees to see and approve.
I invite all the members to make an effort to participate in this meeting. As per the constitution, attending the AGM is a requirement for holding governing body posts.
The agenda is also attached for your kind perusal.
